上皮-间充质转变在肿瘤学中的研究进展

摘要 上皮-间充质转变(EMT)是胚胎细胞在发育过程中重要的生物学行为,这一现象在肿瘤的形成与演进中也扮演了重要角色。肿瘤细胞EMT的研究对深入揭示肿瘤细胞的侵袭、转移及去分化等生物学特性、信号转导机制及寻找抗肿瘤治疗靶点奠定了基础。 Epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) occurs during critical phases of embryonic development in many animal species. It also play an important role in tumor formation and evolution. EMT of tumor cells reveals the depth of invasion, metastasis and dedifferentiation biological characteristics, and signal transduction mechanisms, lays the foundation to find anti-tumor therapeutic target.
