Design of activated carbon fibers/epoxy resin composites

摘要 研究了长度为1-2mm的活性碳纤维的介电特性。发现随频率的增大,介电常数的实部减小,虚部增大,具有频响效应。介电常数的实部和虚部均随复合材料中纤维质量百分含量的升高而增大。依据纤维的介电常数,通过阻抗匹配设计方法,优化设计两层和四层活性碳纤维吸波复合材料。根据优化结果制备了含有四个结构层的吸波复合材料,材料-10dB以下的频带宽度为8GHz,最大反射衰减-39.3dB。 Dielectric properties of activated carbon fibers (ACFs) with average length of 1 - 2mm were investigated. The results show that the real part of the microwave permittivity rises, but the imaginary part falls with an increase in frequency, which indicates ACFs have the frequency response effect. The real part and imaginary part increase with increasing the ACF mass percentage in the composite. According to the above measured data, the optimal design is carried out for double - layer and four - layer microwave absorbing materials based on the impedance matching design method. According to the optimization re- suits the four - layer absorbing material was prepared, and the band width with reflection loss below - lOdB is obtained over 8GHz and the minimum value of reflection loss reaches - 39.3dB.
