摘要 分析了活性染料结构和染色浓度对棉织物耐氯色牢度的影响;研究了各种整理,包括耐氯、柔软、防皱和纳米防水防油整理对活性染料染色的浅色织物耐氯色牢度的影响。结果表明,不同结构的活性染料耐氯色牢度不同;浅色织物的耐氯色牢度通常比深色织物低;耐氯整理剂对浅色织物耐氯色牢度有很大的提升作用,可以与柔软整理剂、纳米防水防油整理剂同浴对织物进行整理,其效果具有一定的耐久性;但是,耐氯整理对织物的耐光牢度有不利的影响。 Influence of dyestuff structure and concentration of dye on chlorine colorfastness of reactive dyed cotton fabrics was investigated. The effect of various functional finishes such as anti-chlorine, softening, wrinkle free, water and oil repellent agent in nano size on chlorine colorfastness of light color fabrics was also studied. The results showed that the chlorine colorfastness of the fabrics was related to reactive dyestuff structure and dye concentration. Light color fabric had poorer colorfastness to chlorine than dark fabric. The chlorine colorfastness promoters, which were compatible with softener and water & oil repellent agents in nano size, could significantly improve chlorine colorfastness of light color fabrics. The finish effect featured durability of chloride colorfastness, but non beneficial to light colorfastness.
