摘要
以土耳其DEBA公司为例,采用PLEVA在线检测控制系统进行设备改造。诸如采用PLEVA探测器FS 91控制烘箱废气湿度;以PLEVA TDS 95非接触式温度检测器控制布面温度,防止过烘;用PLEVA含水率探测器RR 1.3控制布面剩余湿度;并针对加工面料,以SC1配合SD1组成一套完整的整纬装置,防止纬斜。
Taking DEBA textile company for example, the technology reform with Pleva＇s on-line detection and control system was adopted, by means of equipped detector Pleva FS91 to control the humidity of exhaust air in the oven, and equipped Pleva TDS 95 to control the temperature of fabric surface so as to prevent from over-drying, and equipped detector PLEVA RR1. 3 to control residual humidity of fabric surface. Aiming at manufactured materials, a suit of whole straightener was composed of SC1 together with SD1 to avoid skewing.
