This paper introduces the theory, characteristic and development of liquid chromatography-mass （LC-MS） spectrometry. They are widely used in determination of APEO, allergenous disperse dye, pesticides, PFOS, and flame -retardants in textiles. This technology has potential application prospect in textile industry with high sensitivity and low detection limits.
