摘要
工作倦怠是个体由于长期面临情感和人际方面的压力而产生的一种认知情感反应。工作负荷过重、缺乏工作资源、控制感降低等工作因素,以及组织奖惩体系不合理、缺乏组织公平和新型组织结构问题等组织特征都是影响工作倦怠产生的重要原因。近些年关于工作倦怠的研究不断深入,并开始呈现出一些新的研究视角,例如认知因素对工作倦怠的影响、不同文化背景条件下的工作倦怠研究等。
job burnout is a kind of emotional cognition usually caused by facing a lot of stresses in emotion and relationship. Main factors causing it include the work dements such as overloading, lack of work resources, reduction in control, etc. andorgaeizational structure such as unreasonable rewards and punishment system, shortage of fairness, and the structure of new pattern organization, etc. Job burnout has been studied from many new perspectives these years with the research of it going further.
