改性木质素磺酸盐混凝土减水剂的研究 被引量:6

摘要 木质素磺酸盐是一种常见的普通减水剂,其分子量分布较宽,从而影响减水剂性能。通过对木质素磺酸盐进行分离,得到分子量分布较窄的木质素磺酸盐。并对其进行了化学改性,研究了改性木质素磺酸盐减水剂对水泥净浆流动度、水泥净浆凝结时间和混凝土抗压强度、混凝土减水率的影响,并进行了对比实验。结果表明,改性木质素磺酸盐具有较好的减水性能,且达到高效减水剂的减水性能。 Lignosulfonate, a common water reducing agent has not good water reducing perfomance because of its wide molecular weight distribution,Through the separation, lignosulfonate with narrow molecular weight distribution was obtained and then chemically modified. The influence of the modified lignosulfonate water reducing agent on the fluidity and consolidating time of net cement slurry, the compressive strength of concrete and the water reducing rate of concrete was studied and a comparative experiment was carried out. The results show that the modified lignosulfonate has a better water-reducing performance as effectively as high grade concrete water reducing agent.
