摘要
介绍了简化的废纸制浆流程在生产高强瓦楞原纸上的应用,并把简化流程与常规废纸制浆流程作了分析与比较。简化废纸制浆流程没有热分散系统及低浓除渣系统,在实际生产中具有投资省、检修费用少、单位产品电耗低的优势。
The paper introduces the application of the simplified process of waste paper pulping in producing the high strength fluting base paper and makes a comparison between the simplified process and the conventional one. The simplified waste paper pulping process has no heat dispersion system and no low consistency cleaner, thus it can save investment and lower the maintenance expenses and the unit product power consumption.
