摘要
在研究铁屑内电解法基本原理的基础上,研究各工艺因素对处理效果的影响,并找出最佳反应条件。结果显示,当pH值为4,反应时间为20min,铁屑用量为1.6%,铁炭比为1.5∶1时,处理效果最好,COD和油的去除率分别在90.4%和92.4%左右。
On the basis of the basic principle of iron chip inner-electrolysis, the effects of technological factors on treatment results were studied, and the best reaction conditions were found. The results show that the best reaction conditions are as follows, pH value is 4; reaction time is 20 rain, iron chipping dosage is 1.6%, and the ratio of iron to coke is 1.5:1. Under these conditions, removal rates of COD and oil are about 90.4% and 92.4% respectively.
