聚乙烯醇-海藻酸钙作为德氏乳酸杆菌包埋剂的研究 被引量:9

摘要 以德氏乳酸杆菌为考察对象,应用响应面分析法(RSM)对聚乙烯醇-海藻酸钙凝胶配比进行优化研究.结果表明,制备PVA-海藻酸钙复合载体的最佳条件是PVA、海藻酸钠和氯化钙的质量分数分别为6.64%、1.29%和1.97%,固化交联时间为6.48 h,预测乳酸发酵72 h的产量为112.79 g/L.经过120 d,40批次的发酵验证,结果与预测值相符,且乳酸发酵72 h产量比游离细胞发酵平均提高了56%. The optimum components of PVA-Alginate gel for immobilizing Lactobacillus delbrueckii was studied by Response Surface Methodology (RSM). The results showed that the optimal concentrations of PVA, sodium alginate and Calcium chloride were 6. 64%, 1.29% and 1.97% respectively, the best time for immobilization was 6. 48 hours, and the predictive yield of Lactic acid was 112. 79 g·L^-1 by 72 h fermentation. After 120 days with 40 batches of fermentation test, the above data were validated and the results were coincident with the prediction. Compared to the free cell fermentation the average yield of the immobilized Lactobacillus delbrueckii had raised 56% after 72 h fermentation.
