直肠阴道隔修复治疗重度直肠前突80例

Rectal - vaginal septa repair in high - degree rectocele （ with 80 cases report）

目的 介绍一种治疗重度直肠前突的手术方法并探讨其疗效。方法 选择重度直肠前突患者80例，采用经肛门闭式电凝切除直肠前壁、基底部黏膜下及会阴体注射硬化剂修复直肠阴道隔的手术方法治疗，并观察其疗效。结果 80例患者全部治愈，并发出血3例，随访1～3年，复发2例，复发率为2．5％。结论 重度直肠前突采用修复直肠阴道隔的方法治疗效果显著，安全性高，值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of rectal -vaginal septa repair in high - degree reetocele. Methods Eighty patients of high degree reetocele with treatment of rectal - vaginal septa repair were reviewed retrospectively. Rectal mucous membrane was performed excision in closed type per anum, and combined injection of hardener for perineum and rectal mucous membrane. The short and long -term curative effect were observed. Results All patients were cured. Follow -up period was from 1 to 3 years, 2 cases recrudesced. Recrudescence rate was 2.5%, 3 cases had haemorrhage. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of rectal - vaginal septa repair is great worth using.
