摘要
针对加长型数控机床设计的特殊性,以CK6163×3000进给系统的设计为例,详细讨论了其进给系统的设计,分析了半闭环控制的数控机床进给系统的定位精度,指出影响定位误差的关键因素是丝杠的误差,为加长型数控机床进给系统的结构设计提供了理论依据。
This paper presents the design characteristics of longer feeding system for CNC lathe. An example called CK6163 ×3000 is given out about its design and the position precision analysis of feed system on half close looped NC machine tools in detail. The analyzed result showed that the key factor affecting the motion error of this type of machine tool is the ball - screw. This has the important theoretical basis for the structure design of longer feeding transmission system.
