摘要
分析了二维设计方法中传统空间角度求解方法的弊端,尝试利用三维造型软件中的几何约束、基准面等基本理论和测量功能,并结合空间角度的定义方法,讨论了在三维空间中求解空间角度问题的方法。针对机械加工中一些常见的空间角度问题,探讨了在SolidW orks中通过三维造型求解空间角度的方法,该方法简单直观,提高了计算效率及精度。
Analyzed the disadvantage of traditional space angles solution in the2D design method, the author discusses the method of solving space angle problems in 3D space, by proposing using the basic definition of space angle ,and applying the 3D modeling theories of geometrical restriction ,datum plane,the function of meas^ent and so on .Aiming at some common space angle problems, through modeling in the software of SolidWorks, the author discusses and applies the solution of space angles ,and proves it is a simple and effective method which will improve the calculating efficiency and precision.
