摘要 由于采用常规的导轨加工工艺,难以保障V型导轨面的高精度要求,陕西工业职业技术学院校办工厂采用了成型磨削,一次装夹同时完成两个V型导轨面的磨削,为此设计制造了一个基于正弦尺的专用、高精度砂轮修正器及能减少夹紧变形的磨削夹具。生产使用表明,改进后的工艺能稳定的满足精度的要求,大幅度减少工序时间,具有质量好、效益高,操作简单的特点。 As the conventional guideway process technology could not guarantee the high accuracy request of the v-shaped guideway, the form grinding machining is used in factory of Shaanxi Polytechnic Institue. In this process, two surfaces of the v-shaped guideway can be grinded in ne clamp. To ensure this function, Ahigh accuracy finishing grinding wheel based on sine edge and a grinding fixture, which could reduce the clamping distort, are designed. It is indicated that the improved process can satisfy the request of the high accuracy, greatly reduce the handlingtime, has the characteristics of good quality, higher economic benefit and is very easy to operate.
