北川县5岁以下儿童营养改善项目结果分析

Analysis of children's nourishment improvement item under 5 years old in Beichuan county.

【目的】评价儿童营养改善项目成效,为卫生行政决策提供依据。【方法】选择北川县3个贫困乡,以其中5岁以下儿童及家长为观察对象。开展县乡村级项目培训活动,进行项目基础调查和终末评估,开展多种形式的健康教育活动,加强项目监督指导。【结果】北川县项目乡5岁以下儿童低体重率比项目实施前有明显下降,儿童辅食添加情况有所改善;母亲的儿童营养知识有明显增加,断奶后喂养儿童行为有所改变。【结论】北川县5岁以下儿童营养改善项目见成效,但需要采取措施进一步巩固项目成果,不断深入宣传儿童喂养与营养知识,以便进一步改善儿童的营养状况。

[Objective] To make a strategic decision for health administration department,the result of children＇s nourishment improvement item in Beiehuan county were evaluated. [Methods] 3 poverty townships in Beichuan county were selected, within it children under 5 and their families as the observation target were chosen, the county village grade item training,investigations on item,kinds of health education manners and item monitoring guide were provided by us. [Results] The rate of low weight of children under 5 in item township was obvious reduced, the situation of children sup- plementary food was improved somewhat;The children nourishment s action afterwards wean were changed somewhat. [Conclusions] under 5 year＇s old in Beichuan county were very effective. In order information of mothers were obviously added, children＇ Results of children＇s nourishment improvement item to improve children health situation further, we ought to take the step consolidating the item achievement , continuously thoroughly propagating children nourishment informa tion.
