摘要
曲轴是汽车发动机内重要的零部件之一,其品质好坏直接影响着发动机的功能乃至整车的性能。首先应用三维参数化制图软件P ro/Eng ineer对一类汽车用曲轴进行了三维实体造型,然后通过接口传递数据,用有限元分析软件AN SY S对其进行了应力分析,得到的结果与实际情况比较吻合,为曲轴的优化设计提供了有效的途径。
Crankshaft is a very important unit of the automobile engine. Whether its quality is good or not decides the function of the automobile engine ,even to the capability of the'whole machine. The paper uses the software of Pro/Engineer to generate the vehicle crankshaft model of 3D entity. Then it is transferred into data that will be used in finite element analysis. A stress analysis is also carried out by ANSYS,a software of finite element analysis. Compared with the matter of fact ,the result is corresponding with it. A effective way is carried out for optimal design of the crankshaft.
