摘要
介绍了γ射线料位计在监测箕斗卸载中的应用。在对γ射线检测物料料位机理和γ射线计数原理研究的基础上,确定了箕斗卸空检测系统的设计方案;在实验室里,通过一系列的相关实验,确定了检测系统中甄别器的阈值电压及相关参数,实现了检测系统的硬件设计和软件设计,并对γ射线检测系统进行测试。结果表明,用γ射线检测法,能够真实准确地检测箕斗的卸载状态,具有测量精度高、抗干扰性能好、成本低、操作简便等特点。
Application of γ-ray level gauge in unloading skip is introduced in this paper. Based on the research into the mechanism of γ-ray in detecting level of material and in counting numbers, the design project of the detecting system for unloading skip is confirmed. The experiments are made in laboratory to obtain the gating voltage and the other parameters of the discriminating ware ,the hardware and software of the detecting system are designed. The laboratorial test of the γ-ray detecting system shows γ- ray detection can detect the unloading position of the skip truly. The T-ray detecting system shows high accuracy of measurement and anti-interference performance,low cost and easy to handle.
