摘要
通过对增大压边力的带槛拉深与压边力等于上浮力的带槛拉深进行理论分析,给出各自的应力分布规律,求解了二者间的应力差值,分析了增大压边力对克服内皱效果的影响趋势,从而为实际应用提供了理论依据。
On the basis of mechanics analysis about drawing with edge bead ,both no blankholder force (BHF) and increased BHF, the stress distribution and stress are provided ,and then the influence on tendency that prevent inner wrinkles by increasing BHF is discussed.
