不同社会阶层的健康公平性分析

The research on the health equality in different social stratifications by Lorenz Curve

目的:研究浙江省不同社会阶层之间的健康公平性。方法:利用2003年全国卫生服务调查浙江省的资料,以职业地位作为区分不同社会分层的客观变量,以两周患病概率和慢性病患病率作为评价健康公平性的指标,用Lorenz曲线法对不同社会阶层的健康公平性进行分析。结果:两条Lorenz曲线均位于公平线的下方,两周患病率和慢性病患病率的基尼系数分别为0.181和0.284。结论:浙江省不同社会阶层之间存在一定的健康不公平性。

Objective To study the health equality in difference social stratifications in Zhejiang Province. Methods The data was from the national health services survey in Zhejiang Province. Occupational status was selected to differentiate the social stratifications, and two-week and the chronic disease＇s prevalence rate were selected to evaluate the health equality. Lorenz Curve was used to analyze the health equality in difference social stratifications. Results Both two Lorenz curves were under the line of equality, and the Gini coefficient was 0, 181 and 0. 284, respectively. Conclusions Health inequality was found among the different social stratifications in Zhejiang.
