运用系统布置设计SLP方法对企业现有设施布置进行系统分析,提出优化方案,并对方案进行评价,达到降低物流成本的目的。在对某企业详细调研的基础上,对该企业某车间的物流瓶颈成功运用了该方法。

Logistics cost is an important part of manufacturing cost. The layout of shop facilities will effect the logistics cost of enterprises directly. In this paper, the method of SLP is applied to the present facilities layout of enterprises for system analysis and then an optimum scheme is put forward for the purpose of reducing the logistics cost. Such a scheme is also evaluated. Base on the detailed research of one enterprise, this method has been successfully used to the logistics bottleneck of one shop in the enterprise.
