摘要
介绍了开放式模糊推理模型的框架以及输入输出参数设定、模糊IF-THEN规则形式、模糊推理机制等实现细节,并开发出了相应的软件系统,实现了塑料注射缺陷的智能化在线修正和工艺参数优化,可用于帮助解决注塑生产中的工艺设置和优化问题,提高工艺参数的设置和优化效率。
The open fuzzy inference model describes the fuzzy inference frame, setting of input ana output, fuzzy IF-THEN rules, internal inference mechanism, and etc. A corresponding software was developed for intelligent online modification and optimum of injection parameters. The software could be used for process setting and optimization, and boosting the manufacturing efficiency.
