摘要
为了提高电火花加工的表面质量和加工精度,研究了影响电火花镜面加工的各项电源因素,并研制了既能获得很好的镜面加工效果,又能获得较高加工速度的微细放电镜面加工电源,使小面积的镜面表面粗糙度达到了Ra0.05μm,为精密和微纳电火花加工提供了良好的技术基础。
in order to improve the quality of the surface and the precision processed by EDM, various kinds of factors about the pulse generator in mirror EDM sinking process has been discussed in this paper, and the pulse generator of micro electro discharge in mirror EDM is developed. As a result of this, we could obtain both the high quality mirror surface and the high efficiency. Surface roughness for small-area mirror could reach Ra≤0.05μm with the application of this technology, witch provides nicer technology foundation for Micro-Nano Machining.
