在现代商务活动中,商务信息的重要性越来越受到关注,信息流在商务四流中的地位已被提升到前所未有的高度。然而企业怎样才能获得所需的信息,并充分合理有效的利用商务信息却是一个难题!这就要求企业要具有一定的信息能力——企业信息能力!企业信息能力应包括三方面的内容:信息搜集获取能力;信息挖掘或知识发现能力;信息价值创造能力。

In modem business activities, the importance of business information is concerned increasing; the status of business information flow has been elevated to an unprecedented height status in the four business flow. But it is a problem that how an enterprises can obtain the necessary information and use it effective and fully rational! This requires the enterprise to have certain information - - Informstion Competence! I think Information Competence of Enterprises should include three aspects： the ability to collection and obtain information; information mining or knowledge diseovery the ability to create information value.
