摘要
文章介绍了矿产资源法修改的基本情况、修改的主要内容。并为确保明年新的矿产资源法的顺利实施，提出了要做好的几项工作。
The basic situation of the revisions of laws and policies on geology and mineral resources as well as the revised content are described in the paper.In addition the works which should be done for better implementation of the new laws and policies to be made next year are pointed out as well.
