加速改革　创造条件　力争尽早全面实行劳动合同制

TO SPEED UP THE REFORMATION AND CREATE NECESSARY CONDITIONS FOR EARLIER IMPLEMENTATION OF LABOUR CONTRACTUAL SYSTEM

文章作者认为，全面实行劳动合同制度，是经济体制改革的必然结果。文章论述了全面实行劳动合同制度需具备的条件。并提出地勘单位要加大改革力度，创造条件，尽早全面实行劳动合同制的设想和要求。

The author believes that full implementation of labour contractual systenl is the inevitable result of economic system re formation.Themineral resources over other natural resources are introduced.Based on this,the theoretical basis,pre-conditions and content of value evaluation of mineral resources are studied in this paper.
