摘要
对3G业务和用户等相关概念进行了定义,并通过对国外3G运营商业务发展的案例分析、以及对主要3G业务发展的分析,总结3G业务发展和网络建设中可借鉴的经验,以期在我国3G建设和业务发展中参考使用。
