摘要
在对不同成长机制下企业知识缺口弥补方式的特征分析基础上,对不同成长机制下企业知识缺口弥补的成本—收益与不确定性等方面进行了比较研究,得出不同成长机制下知识缺口弥补方式的优劣势。
Based on an analysis of the characteristics of conipensation methods for enterprise＇s knowledge gap under different growth mechanisms, this paper makes a comparative study of characters, such as cost - return and uncertainty, of compensation under different growth mechanisms, and makes clear the advantages and disadvantages of the methods of compensating the knowledge gap under different growth mechanisms.
