摘要
介绍了国外3PE防腐技术的开发、应用以及我国3PE防腐设备的引进、吸收、国产化的发展过程和在石油天然气管道建设中的使用情况。阐述了3PE防腐标准的制订过程,埋地钢质管道防腐采用3PE结构的可靠性。在市场经济条件下,对3PE防腐采用的原料质量和要求、现用标准存在的问题、涂敷工艺过程的质量控制等提出了意见和建议。
The article states the information of 3PE coating development and application in foreign country,and developments process of 3PE introduction and spread in China and application into oil and gas pipeline.And it also states the drafting process of coating specification and reliabilities of 3PE steel pipe under earth.It also states under market economy conditions,the suggestion on requirements of raw materials,existing problems of updated specification and quality control process of coating process.
