管线钢制管热过程的加热温度与组织性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究了一种适用于管道钢管和管件制造的X70级管线钢在不同加热温度下的奥氏体晶粒长大规律和组织-性能间的关系。给出了试验钢奥氏体晶粒平均截距D和奥氏体化温度T的定量关系式。分析认为:随加热温度的升高,X70级管线钢的强度增加,韧性下降;当加热温度为850—1050℃时,可获得较好的强韧配合。 The article discusses and finds the Auster grain growing rules and relations of structure and properties of X70 steel in weld pipe and pipe accessories under the different heating temperature.And it also points out the formula of average intercept D of Auster grain and Austerization temperature T in test steel and further finds that X70 strength becomes higher and roughness becomes lower with the higher heat temperature,and within the scope of 850~1 050 ℃,the march of strength and roughness is better.Also it discusses the relationship of strength and roughness and structure of pipeline steel in heat process.
