Simulating Analysis for Different Roll Diameter in Producing the Square Tube with Rollers Based on ANSYS LS-DYNA Moulding

根据冷轧方形管成型工艺,采用ANSYS LS-DYNA有限元仿真软件对不同的成型辊模直径进行仿真和比较分析,以揭示辊模直径对轧制方管轧制力参数和变形形状的影响,为合理设计方矩形管的成型辊直径和控制冷弯成型过程中形状缺陷的产生提供参考。

The paper describes the characters of deformability of material and the rules of variability of force by making a simulation and analysis among the differrent diameter of rolls for square tube with ANSYS LS-DYNA.It also provide the basic information for the optimization of roll’s diameter in cold-rolling techniques.
