摘要
比较当前螺旋焊管机组主驱动电气传动的几种方式,提出了应用变频调速的可行性。介绍了利用日本三菱FR系列FR-A540-37K型变频器改造传统交流异步电机拖动机械减速装置,改变螺旋焊管机组主驱动速度的硬件选择、线路设计及变频器的数据设定。改造后的变频调速系统不仅减轻了工人的劳动强度,提高了调速精度,而且故障率低,降低了能耗。
Compared with the current a few method using in SSAW mill main driver electric driving,feasibility of frequency conversion timing application was raised.This article introduces improvement that traditional alternating current asynchronism electric machinery that power the mechanical decelerating equipment with Japanese Mitsubishi FR series FR-A540-37K transducer,changing in hardware choices of SSAW mill driving speed,circuit design,and transducer data enactment.The improved frequency conversion timing system not only reduces working strength of the labor and improves timing accuracy,but also reduces failure rate and energy consummation.
