高新技术产业在园区的集群发展是世界各国经济发展的成功经验。从市场前景、产业基础、人才技术、品牌与竞争力等方面综合考量,长沙高新技术园区应选择先进制造技术、生物医药、电子信息、新材料四大产业作为优势产业集群,加大培育力度,这对引领湖南工业化至关重要。
The development of high and new technology in industrial cluster has become the successful experience of many countries worldwide. Through the analysis of market, industrial foundation, human resource, technology, brand and competition, Changsha high-tech industrial zone should develop the advanced manufacture industry, biological medicine industry, information industry, and new material industry. Taking these industries as important industry clusters, it is critical for the development of Hunan industrialization.
