摘要
本文介绍了对植物蛋白进行改性的各种方法和提高其功能性和应用范围。经改性后的植物蛋白,力学性能、加工性能、起泡性、水溶解性、乳化能力等比未处理前有大幅度提高,使之在生物降解塑料工业中具有更广阔的应用前景。
It introduced the various methods of modification to crop proteins and the application to enhance their function. It is proved that the mechanical, processing, bubbling, water solubility, emulsive properties etc of the modified proteins are enhanced in a large grade compared with that not modified. This indicates that it will has a deep prospective applications in biodegradable plastics industry.
