摘要
分析了悬辊直通式离心磨磨细弱粘结煤的堵塞原因,有针对性地对原设备进行改造。完成改造后,新设备取得了满意的使用效果,增加了悬辊直通式离心磨的应用范围,并使磨细弱粘结煤的比能耗降至4.6kWh/t。本设备已经申请国家专利。
The reasons of jam milling the weakly caking coal used by the miller were analyzed and the reconstruction of the machine was specially finished. The effects of application to milling the moist weakly caking coal were satisfied. The scope of the miller's application was enlarged, at the same time the ratio of energy to output was reduced to 4.6KWh/t.
