摘要
生长了Zn:Cu:Fe:LiNbO3晶体,对晶体进行了多次交变极化,有效的提高了Zn:Cu:Fe:LiNbO3晶体的光折变性能,使得Zn:Cu:Fe:LiNbO3晶体的响应速度大大加快,散射噪声减小,体全息存储图像质量得到较大改善。
Zn: Cu: Fe: LiNbO3 crystal has been grown. Interactive polarization craft is used, which improves the photorefractive properties of the crystals, enhances response rate, reduces scatter noise. The Zn: Cu: Fe: LiNbO3 crystal was used in volume holographic storage and the good results were obtained.
