摘要
本文用合金化方法制备铸态奥氏体-贝氏体钢。对试件进行硬度试验、冲击韧性试验和磨损试验。用灰关联理论分析合金含量、冲击韧性和硬度等对相对耐磨性的影响程度。结果表明,洛氏硬度值对该铸态复相钢的相对耐磨性影响最大,而冲击韧性对其影响最小。
In this paper, the cast state austenite - bainite steel is prepared by alloying method. The series of tests including hardness, resistance to shock and abrasion were carried out. The influential levels of the alloy elements content, impact toughness and hardness to the relative abrasion resistance were analysed by the means of the gray connective analysis. The results show that the hardness affects the relative abrasion resistance most, conversely , impact toughness affects it least.
