摘要
一种柱式变极距电容称重传感器,它内置圆柱螺旋压缩弹簧作为弹性体,采用不同刚度的弹簧时,最大荷载可以在1 kg^50 t之间设置。可以设定最小工作载荷值以及在某一特定载荷下的电容值。电容极板全部密封在金属外壳内,具有很好的抗电干扰性能。试验传感器的最大荷载为10 kg,迟滞为0.3%,重复性为0.5%,线性度为±17.9%。
A capacitance weighing transducer with variable distance between electrodes is introduced. A cylindrical helical compression spring is put inside cylindrical as its elastomer. The maxim load can be set from 1 kg to 50 t when springs different rigidity are applied. Meantime, the minimum working load and the capacitance value under a certain load can be set. This transducer has premium properties of resisting electrical interference since all the capacitance plates are alrproofed in the metal enclosure. The maxim load of the transducer in experiment is 10 kg, and the hysteresis is 0.3 %, repeatability is 0.5 %, linearity is ±17.9 %.
