摘要
以串联式压电传感器为基础构建了一台自动化微生物检测仪,并开发了一种适合该仪器使用的专用培养基。对加入金黄色葡萄球菌的模拟牛奶样品进行了检测,发现检测时间和样品中细菌浓度呈线性关系,求出其关系式并用于细菌数量的测量。测量范围为10~10^6cells·ml^-1,检测时间为3~15h。结果表明:该方法准确度与国标的平板计数法相当(r≥0.99),但更为灵敏、快速、简便。
An automate instrument based on the series piezoelectric sensor is established. A special media is also developed to satisfy requirement of the sensor. The model milk sample inoculated with staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) is detected with the instrument. The relationship between the frequency detection time (FDT) and the initial number of bacteria is linear. The corresponding equations are derived and applied to determine the number of bacterial cells in san, pies. The detection ranges are 10~10^6 cells·ml^-1 and detection times are 3~15 h. Accuracy of this method is corresponded with standard plate counting method (r≥0.99), it more sensitive, rapider, and more convenient.
