摘要
超声电机(USM)是一种利用压电陶瓷逆压电效应工作的新型电机,以超声振动和摩擦力为驱动源,速度控制方式有:调压调速,调相调速,变频调速等,分析了USM的各种速度控制特性。LabVIEW虚拟仪器图形编程语言使USM的系统仿真成为可能,它构建起集数据采集、分析处理及输出于一体的微机开发平台。介绍了LabVIEW软件的原理方法和编程特性。利用LabVIEW对电机的速度控制进行仿真,呈现了仿真结果和波形,证实了LabVIEW软件的简便、直观和实用性,揭示了“软件就是仪器”。
Ultrasonic motor (USM) is a new kind of working mechanism, which applies piezoelectric vibration and frictional force as the driving source. USM speed control ways have voltage-regulation speed-regulation, variable-phase speed-governing and variable-frequency speed-governing. The speed control characteristics of the USM are analyzed. It is achievable for the system simulator based on LabVIEW, an integral platform including data acquisition, analysis, processing and output is built up. The fundamental theory and the compiling features of LabVIEW software are introduced. LabVIEW is used to simulate for speed control of the USM. This software is conveniently, simple, visual, and it reveales "the software is the instrument".
