摘要
本文描述了牙周组织对正畸力的反应,牙齿移动对牙周组织的影响,牙槽嵴上纤维环切术(Circumferential supracrestal fiberotomy,CSF)防止正畸复发的效果,正畸带环对牙周组织的影响,正畸和牙周治疗之间的时间关系等。也讨论了正畸和种植修复的关系(如使用种植体作为支抗)。以期为临床操作提供指导帮助。
The relationship between periodontitis and orthodontics in adults was reviewed, including： how periodontal tissue reacts to orthodontic forces, influence of tooth movement on the periodontal tissues, effect of circumferential supracrestal fiberotomy （CSF）on the prevention of orthodontic relapse, effect of orthodontic bands on the periodontal tissues, specific microbiology associated with orthodontic band, mucngingival considerations and temporal relationship between orthodontic and periodontal therapies. In addition, the relationship between orthodontic and implant restorations （for example, using dental implants as orthodontic anchorage） was discussed.
