中药白头翁提取物抗肿瘤活性的体外实验研究

Study About Anti-tumor Effect of Pulsatilla Chinensis(Bunge)Regel Extracts in Vitro

背景与目的:探讨中药白头翁[pulsatillachinensis(Bunge)regel]提取物的体外抗肿瘤作用。材料与方法:采用噻唑蓝(3-[4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl]-2,5diphenyltetrazoliumbromide,MTT)比色法测定白头翁提取物对肿瘤细胞增殖反应的影响;用三步法初步分离,纯化白头翁提取物的抗肿瘤有效部位。结果:白头翁提取物对多种组织来源的肿瘤细胞增殖有较强的抑制作用,量-效关系明显,IC50值均低于30μg/ml,并找到其有效部位。结论:白头翁作为抗肿瘤药物有待进一步开发。

BACKGROUND ＆ AIM： To study the anti-tumor effect of [pulsatilla chinensis（Bunge）regel,PCR] extracts. MATERAIALS AND METHODS： The effect of PCR extracts on the proliferation of tumor cell lines were assayed in vitro using 3-[4, 5-di methylthiazol-2-yl]-2, 5 diphenyhetrazoliumbromide eolorimetry method.The anti-tumor active component of PCR extracts was separated and purified using three steps methods. RESULTS： PCR extracts markedly inhibited the proliferation of tumor cell lines and in a dose-dependent wanner. The anti-tumor active component was indentified. CONCLUSION： PCR awaits further development as an anti-tumor drug.
