摘要
聚醚改性硅氧烷磷酸酯是将聚硅氧烷产品通过不饱和聚醚改性再进行磷酸化反应而得到的产物,它兼具非离子和阴离子两种表面活性剂的特性,因而具有良好的综合性能。采用正交试验研究了影响聚醚改性硅氧烷磷酸化的主要因素,得出磷酸化反应最优条件为:反应物中n(-OH)∶n(P2O5)为2.0∶1.0,酯化时间为3.5h,酯化温度为80℃,水解量为聚醚改性硅氧烷磷酸酯(简称PP)的4%,水解温度为50℃,水解时间为1.5h。其中,各因素对磷酸化反应的影响顺序为:反应物摩尔比>水解时间>水解温度>酯化时间>水解量>酯化温度。通过化学检测和红外谱图分析,验证了目标产物的生成,聚醚改性硅氧烷磷酸酯可在制革工业中用作加脂剂以改善皮革品质。
The influencing factors on the polyether - modified polysiloxane phosphate were investigated by orthogonal experiment. The optimum condition is as follows: n( - OH): n(P2Os) is 2.0: 1.0, esterification time is 3.5 hours, esterification temperature is 80 ℃, the dosage of H2O is 4% PP, hydrolisis temperature is 50℃, hydrolisis time is I. 5 hours. And the importance of the factors is : the ratio of - OH and P2O5 〉 hydrolisis time 〉 hydrolysis temperature 〉 esterification time 〉 the ratio of H2O and PP 〉 esterification temperature. The obtained product was analyzed by chemical methods and IR spectrum. The polyether - modi- fied polysiloxane phosphate could be used as fatliquor in the leather industry to improve the leather quality effectively.
