摘要
基于单板层积材热压升温曲线特征与马尔萨斯(Malthus)模型特征的相似性,通过类比方法,建立温度与时间的数学模型,采用SPSS程序的非线性拟合方法,求得升温速率系数k值;通过试验验证了模型的准确性,对比了理论与试验的温度曲线,并对结果进行了分析与讨论。结果表明,单板层积材热压升温曲线试验与理论曲线的R2值在0.95以上,单板层积材热压升温模型具有较高的可信度。k值与单板胶层所在位置的层数x呈线性关系,线性方程为k=-0.0019x+0.0199,R2值为0.999;k值与板坯层数x呈线性关系,线性方程为k=-0.0022x+0.0358,R2值为0.941。
Hot-press temperature as function of time was derived by analogy from the similarity between hot-pressing temperature curve of laminated veneer lumber and Malthus model. The coefficient of temperature rise velocity (k-value) was obtained by a nonlinear curve-fitting method with SPSS program, and the accuracy and efficiency of this model was validated with practical examples. The results show that the correlation coefficient R2-value of experiments and fitting curve is above 0.95 and that hot-press temperature as function of time model has convincing credibility. K- value and the position of layer has a linear relation, with linear equation being k = - 0.0019x + 0.0199 and correlation coefficient R2 being 0.999. K-value and the number of layers also exhibits a linear relation, with linear equation being k = - 0.0022x + 0.0358 and correlation coefficient R2 being 0.999.
