摘要 目的:探讨ezrin,c-Met及ICAM-1在胃癌组织中的表达及意义.方法:应用免疫组化检测ezrin,c-Met及ICAM-1在正常胃黏膜(n=15),不典型增生胃黏膜(n=50)及胃癌组织(n=75)中的表达.结果:正常胃黏膜、不典型增生胃黏膜及胃癌组织中,ezrin和c-Met阳性率有递减趋势,组间差异有统计学意义(χ2=33.319,P<0.001;χ2=19.913,P<0.001);ICAM-1蛋白阳性表达率有递增趋势,组间差异有统计学意义(χ2=16.409,P<0.001).Fisher精确概率检验显示在不同的肿瘤大小、浸润深度和淋巴结转移组内ezrin,c-Met及ICAM-1阳性表达率组内差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而在年龄、性别和脉管侵犯组内差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).Spearman等级相关分析显示ezrin与c-Met表达呈正相关(r=0.880,P<0.05),ezrin与ICAM-1表达呈负相关(r=-0.735,P<0.05),c-Met与ICAM-1表达无相关性.结论:ezrin与c-Met的缺失以及ICAM-1的过表达与胃癌的发生发展及浸润转移有关. AIM: To study the expressions and clinical significances of ezrin, c-Met and ICAM-1 proteins in gastric carcinoma. METHODS: The expressions of ezrin, c-Met and ICAM-1 proreins were detected by immunohistechemistry in normal gastric mucesa ( n = 15 ), atypical gastric hyperplasia ( n = 50) and gastric carcinoma ( n = 75 ). RESULTS: The positive expression rates of ezrin and c-Met proteins in normal gastric mucosa, gastric hyperplasia and gastric carcinoma were gradually decreased, and statistical difference among the 3 groups was significant ( χ^2 = 33. 319, P 〈 0. 001 ; χ^2= 19. 913, P 〈 0. 001 ) ; the positive expression rate of ICAM-1 protein was gradually increased with significant statistical difference (χ^2 = 16. 409, P 〈0. 001 ). The expressions of ezrin, c-Met and ICAM-1 proteins were related to the malignant progression of gastric carcinoma, tumor diameter and lymph node metastasis ( P 〈 0.05 ), but not correlated with patient's age, gender and vessel invasion (P 〉0. 05). In addition, the expression of ezrin protein was positively correlated with that of c-Met protein ( r =0. 880, P 〈0.05 ), but negatively correlated with that of ICAM-1 protein ( r = - 0. 735, P 〈 0.05 ). CONCLUSION: The loss of ezrin and c-Met expressions and the over-expression of ICAM-1 protein play an important role in the development of gastric carcinoma.
