摘要 目的:探讨黄体生成素(LH)及其受体(LHR)在不同分化程度的子宫内膜腺癌组织中的定位及分布.方法:采用常规组织学HE染色和免疫组织化学(SABC)技术检测了子宫内膜腺癌组织15例中LH及LHR表达和分布.结果LH及LHR在子宫内膜腺癌组织中的定位基本一致,阳性物质主要位于腺癌细胞的胞膜和胞质,胞核未见阳性物质.随着分化程度的提高,其免疫反应性物质的着色也逐渐增强,相邻各组间存在统计学差异(P<0.05).结论:子宫内膜腺癌细胞既能产生LH,又能表达LHR,与子宫内膜腺癌细胞的分化程度有关. AIM: To study the localization and distribution of luteinizing hormone (LH) and its receptor (LHR) in human endometrial cancer of various differentiation grades. METHODS : LH and its receptor were detected in 15 endometrial cancers by immunohistochemical methods(HE staining, SABC). RESULTS: LH and its receptor had the same distribution pattern in the tissues of endometrial cancer. The positive signals were mainly located in the membrane and the cytoplasm of adenocarcinoma cells, but not in the nuclei. The positive intensity was also gradually increased along with the differentiation from low to high-grade adenocarcinoma (P 〈 0.05). CONCLUSION: The endometrioid adenocarcinoma cells may not only produce LH but express HLR. Their expressions are associated with the differentiation grades of human endometrial cancer.
