P33^(ING1)在口腔鳞状细胞癌中的表达及意义

P33^(ING1) expression in oral squamous cell carcinoma

目的:研究P33ING1蛋白表达与口腔鳞状细胞癌发生发展的关系。方法:应用免疫组化检测2004～2006年收治的30例口腔鳞状细胞癌组织中的P33ING1表达情况。结果:口腔鳞状细胞癌中P33ING1蛋白表达阳性率为40%(12/30),明显低于对照组的100%(15/15),两者比较差异有显著性(χ2=10.272,P<0.05)。结论:P33ING1蛋白在口腔鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达下降,提示P33ING1蛋白可能在口腔鳞癌的发生发展中有重要意义。

Objective： To investigate the expression of P33^ING1 protein in oral squamous cell carcinoma （ OSCC ） and its clinical significance. Methods： All samples of normal and cancer tissues from 30 patients with OSCC were examined for protein expression of P33^ING1 by SP immunohistochemical staining. Results：The positive rate of P33^ING1 in OSCC was 40%, that in normal oral mucosa tissue 100% （P 〈0.05 ）. The P33^ING1 positive rate in highly, moderately and lowly differentiated OSCC was 82.8%, 60.0% and 33.3% respectively. Conclusion：The low expression of P33^ING1 may be an important factor related to carcinogenesis and development of OSCC.
