窄谱蓝光治疗寻常痤疮临床疗效观察

The clinical efficacy of narrowband blue light in the treatment of acne vulgaris

目的:观察窄谱蓝光对寻常痤疮的治疗效果。方法:将86例轻、中度寻常痤疮患者分为两组,试验组用窄谱蓝光照射,对照组外用5%硫磺洗剂。采用痤疮综合分级系统(GAGS)评价治疗前、后疗效。结果:试验组和对照组有效率分别为79.55%和42.85%;GAGS综合分值均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.01),但试验组下降更显著。结论:窄谱蓝光治疗轻、中度寻常痤疮疗效好,不良反应小。

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of narrowband blue light in acne vulgaris. Methods： Eighty-six patients with mild to moderate acne were allocated to two groups： the experimental group was treated with narrowband blue light, while the control group was treated with topical sulphur lotion（5%）. The therapeutic effect was evaluated by global acne grading system（GAGS） before and after treatment. Results： After treatment, the total effective rates in the experimental group and control group were 79.55% and 42.85% respectively, the total score of GAGS dropped down significantly （P 〈 0.01）, while that of GAGS in the experimental group was significantly lower. Conclusion： Narrowband blue light is an effective therapy for mild to moderate acne with mild side effects.
