摘要
目的探讨着丝粒/动粒复合体蛋白F(CENP-F)表达与脑膜瘤的生成及增殖活性之间的关系。方法采用免疫组化方法检测65例脑膜瘤和10例正常脑组织石蜡标本的CENP-F表达,并采用逆转录聚合链反应(RT-PCR)方法检测11例新鲜脑膜瘤和10例新鲜正常脑组织标本中的CENP-F。结果CENP-F在脑膜瘤中表达明显高于正常脑组织,随着肿瘤病理分级的增加,CENP-F表达的阳性率和表达水平也增高(P<0.05)。结论人类CENP-F的过度表达与脑膜瘤的生成及增殖活性之间存在着一定的关系。
Objective To explore correlation of the expression of CENP-F with genesis and proliferation activity of meningiomas. Methods The expression of CENP-F was detected by immunohistochemistry in 65 paraffin-embedded tumor tissues from patients with meningiomas and 10 normal brain tissues from patients with brain injuries, and 11 fresh meningioma tissues and 10 fresh normal brain tissues were detected for CENP-F by RT-PCR. Results The expression of CENP-F in meningiomas was significantly higher than that in the normal brain tissues, and positivity rate and level of the expression were raised with increase of pathological grade of tumor(P〈0.05) Conclusion Theoverexpression of human CENP-F is possibly associated with genesis and proliferation activity of meningiomas.
