摘要 以提升化工生产线的自动化层次为原则,将原DMC生产装置中的仪表监控系统提升为计算机网络控制体系。实现了数据采集、存储、记录、传送等各种模式的显示、打印以及数据调用等多种功能,完成了控制系统的再次组态和网络化构建;并在此基础上提出多塔连锁控制策略,研究和解决反应塔之间的耦合关系和响应慢的问题,抑制控制系统的干扰。不仅提升了企业现有的自动化控制水平,也为中小型企业现有设备的技术改造提供了一种模式。 With the purpose of improving the autoimmunization of the chemistry product line,this paper proposes the solution to upgrading the former surveillance system by instrument to the computer network control system of DMC.The upgraded system realizes the functions of data collection,storage,recording,transmission,display of various modes,printing and data access,which leads to the reestablishment of the control configuration and network system.Based on the above,the paper also presents the parallel control strategy of multi-tower,solving the problems of coupling connection and delayed response of towers,which helps to restrain the interference of the control system.The design not only upgrades the present automation control system but also offers a technical innovation mode for the middle and small-sized enterprises with the existing equipment.
