摘要
教师评价是美国学校工作的一项重要内容,研究成果也很丰硕。围绕“为什么进行教师评价,评价什么以及怎样评价”三个主题,美国的学者们进行了深入的研究探讨,对这些研究进行介绍与借鉴,对我国的教师评价有着重要的现实意义。
Studies on teacher evaluation in America have made a great deal of achievements.The paper probes into the three themes of studies of teacher evaluation in USA：why to evaluate teachers,what to evaluate teachers,and how to evaluate teachers.By introducing and discussing the studies,it＇s helpful for us to evaluate teachers in China.
